Mr. Robinson co-founded Robinson | Robinson with his father in 2000 to fill a need for entrepreneurs to obtain sound, affordable legal advice at the concept stage of their business endeavors. Fast forward 24 years and Mr. Robinson has represented numerous start-up companies, helping transition them into multi-million-dollar entities. He now focuses his business law experience on the technology, healthcare, DoD and aerospace industries.
Not only has Mr. Robinson represented entrepreneurs in these industries, but he has started several successful companies of his own that he ended up selling. Bringing his own experience as a business owner into the law firm gives Mr. Robinson a unique perspective, allowing him to understand every aspect of anxiety and excitement that an entrepreneur faces, from start up to mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Robinson’s practice also focuses on representing Those individuals and companies targeted by Federal and State investigations. He has represented clients during investigations by the U.S. Attorney’s Office, The United States Congress, S.E.C., the F.B.I., the U.S., and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Mr. Robinson also has extensive experience representing clients in high-stakes employment and non-compete disputes in the field of government contracting.
